Your references will be contacted by us. We will contact you for an interview with our apostolic board, either in person, on Zoom, or via Facetime once your paperwork has been received.
PDM Network Credentialing Application

God determines each person’s ministry and sphere of influence, but each person determines if they will answer, walk in, and fulfill His plan for them. Ministry is best developed from a posture of faith, submission to authority, faithfulness to the call, rest, and prayer, even though it involves hard work, spiritual gifts and godly passion. It happens as we serve, submit, seek Him and hold everything in prayer. This means those who answer the call of God must patiently “serve” others in a local church, and “submit” to the spiritual authority God has placed in their life. They must “seek” to develop their ministry in the sphere of influence He gave them. Most of all, they must have a love of “prayer” that nurtures intimacy with God. All who do these things will grow in their love for the Lord, they will love and serve the local church, and they will have a heart for the lost and broken like He did. This is the only foundation for a true ministry that honors both God, and the apostolic authority that validates it.
The Lord is not in a hurry with you. That’s because He is very thorough first about what He is doing in you. He will build, mature, and heal you, before He reveals and releases the power of ministry through you. The PDM Network is dedicated to bringing men and women through the process of personal, spiritual, and emotional growth, so they can have a healthy, life-giving ministry. Our hope for those we license or ordain, is that they will discover the full potential God has placed in them. It is our desire to develop and strengthen those who answer their call through our network. We believe those who look to PDM for support, help and strength will develop a ministry that builds the local church, serves others, and brings the Bride of Christ to maturity.
We license those who desire to develop a sphere of influence in ministering the truth of who they are in the Kingdom. This may or may not lead to ordination into five-fold ministry. A license will give anyone the time and experience they need to fully discover and develop their present call and future ministry. The license we provide brings with it a spiritual covering, access to ministry opportunities, personal support, and an avenue for each person to develop and mature. We ordain those who have developed a clearly recognized call to five-fold ministry. This means they have produced lasting fruit, have been faithful to their ministry, faithful in giving, faithful to their local church and their spiritual oversight.
Anyone can apply for credentials through our network. If you are approved by our apostolic board, the credentials are good as long as the person walks in righteousness and is fulfilling their ministry. All credentials come up for review during the month of January each year. They will be honored based upon the desire of the person to maintain them, their faithfulness in giving, and the fruit they produce. If anyone we credential desires to seek out another apostolic oversight we are happy to work with that. Please let us know and we will joyfully release you from our network.
If you are licensed through us, we ask that you make a financial commitment to PDM as God speaks to your heart. Our network does not have an annual fee, and we believe it is the minister’s responsibility to hear the Holy Spirit in faithfully give what He puts on their heart. A licensed minister tithes to their own local church. Ordained ministers however, look to us as their spiritual oversight. We are the ordaining authority God placed in their life, and they agree to send their tithe to PDM. According to Scripture, people always tithe “up” to their spiritual authority. That means congregation members and licensed ministers, tithe “up” into their local church. All ordained minister tithe “up” to their ordaining authority. This biblical order releases the financial blessing of God into the church, and out to the ordaining apostolic authority. It frees everyone to do what they were called to do in the Kingdom.
The PDM Network is closely associated with and highly honors, Maranatha Ministerial Fellowship International. Those who are ordained through PDM will automatically be brought into MMFI at the “fellowship” level. Ordained ministers can download the fellowship application from the MMFI website, and submit it to the MMFI apostolic board for review. PDM will pay for their annual fellowship fee , and this will allow our ordained ministers to be connected to both networks. Ministers who are licensed through PDM may apply for MMFI “fellowship” status on their own. We encourage those who are part of the PDM Network to attend MMFI regional gatherings, ZOOM meetings, and the annual MMFI leadership conference as well. These are great times of sharing, teaching, learning, connection, and fellowship for all. Those who desire to apply for a license or (ordination*) with the PDM Network
must be:
1. recommended by two mature believers; (* two established ministers)
2. able to demonstrate the steps they are taking to fulfill their calling;
3. interviewed by the PDM Apostolic Board; (*ordination applicants only)
4. faithful in service to a local church, faithful in giving, and submitted to spiritual authority;
5. teachable, correctable, and sound in doctrine;
6. able to demonstrate clear, lasting fruit in their life and area of ministry;
7. nurturing, balanced, and harmonious with children and spouse. (if married)
