If you are considering the PDM Network, please copy the "Credential Application" form below. Fill it out and send it to our ministry address below. Your references will be contacted by us. We will contact you for an interview with our apostolic board, either in person, on Zoom, or via Facetime once your paperwork has been received. You may also send us an email (pdministry@icloud.com) and we will email you the application.
PDM Network Credentialing Application

God determines each person’s ministry and sphere of influence, but each person determines if they will answer, walk in, and fulfill His plan. Ministry is best developed from a posture of submission to authority, faithfulness, rest, and prayer, not works, gifts or passion. It happens as we serve, submit, seek and pray. This means those who answer the call of God must patiently “serve” others in a local church, and “submit” to the spiritual authority God has placed in their life. They must “seek” to develop the ministry in the sphere of influence He gave them. Most of all, they must have a love of “prayer” that nurtures intimacy with God. All who do these things will grow in their love for the Lord, they will love and serve the local church, and they will have a heart for the lost and broken as He did. This is the only foundation for true ministry that honors both God, and the apostolic authority that validates it.
The Lord is not in a hurry with you. That’s because He is very thorough about what He is doing in you. He will build, mature, and heal you, before He reveals and releases ministry through you. The PDM Network is dedicated to bringing men and women through the process of personal, spiritual, and emotional growth, so they can have a healthy, life-giving ministry. Our hope for those we license or ordain, is that they will discover the full potential God has for them. It is our desire to develop and strengthen those who answer their call through our network. We believe those who look to PDM will develop a ministry that builds the local church, serves others, and brings the Bride of Christ to maturity.
We will license you if you desire to develop a sphere of influence to minister the Kingdom. This may or may not lead to ordination for five-fold ministry. A license will give you time and experience to fully discover and develop your present call, and future ministry. The license we provide brings with it a spiritual covering, access to ministry opportunities, personal support, and an avenue for you to develop and mature. We do ordain those who have developed a clear call to five-fold ministry. This means they have produced lasting fruit, have been faithful to their ministry, faithful in giving, and faithful to their spiritual oversight. Anyone can apply for credentials through our network. If you are approved by our apostolic board, the credentials are good for that year, and are up for renewal during the month of January the next year. All credentials are reviewed yearly and will be renewed based upon the desire to maintain those credentials, faithfulness in giving, and the fruit produced. If you desire to seek out another apostolic covering, that is fine. Don’t say you want to renew your credentials in January, or let us know at any time during the year, and we will joyfully release you.
If you are licensed, we ask that you make a financial commitment to PDM as God speaks to your heart. Our network does NOT have an annual fee. We believe it is the minister’s responsibility to hear the Holy Spirit, and faithfully give what He puts on their heart. A licensed minister’s tithe goes to their local church. Ordained ministers look to us as their spiritual oversight. We are the authority God placed in their life, and they agree to send their tithe to PDM. According to Scripture, people always tithe up to their spiritual authority. That means congregation members and licensed ministers, tithe to their local church, and ordained minister tithe to their ordaining authority. This biblical order releases the financial blessing of God into the church, and out to the ordaining apostolic authority. It literally allows everyone to do what they were called to do in the Kingdom.
The PDM Network is closely associated with, and highly honors, Maranatha Ministerial Fellowship International. Those who are ordained through PDM will automatically be brought into MMFI at the “fellowship” level. Ordained ministers can download the fellowship application from the MMFI website, and submit it to the MMFI apostolic board for review. PDM will pay their application fee and annual fellowship fee, and this will allow our ordained ministers to be connected to both networks. Ministers who are licensed through PDM may apply for MMFI “fellowship” status on their own. We encourage those who are part of the PDM Network to attend any MMFI regional gatherings, and the annual MMFI Leadership Conference as well. These are great times of preaching, learning, connection, and fellowship for all. Please go to www.mmfi.org website for more information on all of this, or to download the fellowship application.
Those who desire to apply for a license or ordination with the PDM Network: (* for ordination)

3. must be interviewed by the PDM Apostolic Board;
4. must demonstrate faithful service, faithful giving, and faithful submission to spiritual authority;
5. must be teachable, correctable, sound in doctrine, and solid in the faith;
6. must demonstrate clear, lasting fruit in their life, and area of ministry;
7. if married, must have a marriage that is nurturing, balanced and harmonious, with children that respect authority.
