The PDM Network

If you feel God is directing you to be part of the PDM Network to be licensed or ordained, or you would like to know more about us, please click the "Contact PDM" link on the left, and let us know what is on your heart. We will get right back to you. Blessings!

People express a desire to be part of our network at different levels. Some are connected to pray for us, while others are licensed or ordained through our network. In addition, there are some churches that look to us for spiritual oversight. There are also people who love us, and sow financially into PDM. All of this allows us to have a local, national and international impact that has touched so many people. You faithful support has allowed us to grant funds to those who were starting new ministries, we have supported education in the Dominican Republic, and provided spiritual insight to those in church leadership and even to those called to government offices. At whatever level you feel connected to us, we deeply appreciate it, and we pray God's blessing upon you for your faithfulness in prayer and giving.

How We Give

PDM sows from a biblical perspective of “up”, “outandinto. That is, we release our ministry tithes “up”  to those we respect as our spiritual authority. This releases them to do the apostolic work they are called to. We also give “out”, through offerings and grants. This supports the people and ministries God lays on our heart, and it sows good seed for an abundant future harvest. Finally, we give “into” specific things as God directs. This brings provision and financial help where it is needed most. This is the biblical pattern of giving we follow, and we ask those who are called to the PDM network to do the same. Such giving does not flow out of forced obligation, and it is never demanded. It does flow from the place of love, generosity, mutual respect, personal honor, and the genuine relationships we have with those in our network. Those who feel genuinely connected to us, and recognized the value of the ministry license or ordination we have provided, honor us with their faithful giving.

Licensed Ministers

There are people who desire to be licensed under the PDM Network. That certification allows them to develop and grow in the ministry they may have. This is open to anyone who would like to be under PDM to discover and define their ministry gift mix. It does not release them into their own ministry. With a license, the spiritual nature God placed in each person is given the opportunity to mature into an anointed ministry. With a license, the person has an official platform to begin developing their ministry, so it can mature, and more effectively demonstrate God's love through the call on their life. A ministry license authorizes someone to serve in an official capacity in their local church, and the community, as God opens the doors. It gives them the chance to develop their full potential under our spiritual covering. We ask those who are granted a ministry license to periodically sow financially into PDM. There is no set amount or yearly fee,. We simply ask those we license to sow provision back into our ministry as God leads them. This honors PDM for providing the license which allows them the to officiate as a minister of the Gospel as opportunities are presented. Please note that licensed ministers should still be tithing into their own local church.

Ordained Ministers

There are those who believe God has called them to be a spiritual son or daughter to us. These are God-ordained relationships that we deeply value, and want to nurture. These men and women may have been raised up under our ministry, or encountered us elsewhere. There is a divine connection, and we allow that relationship to build as God directs. This is a unique and sacred thing for us that is very personal, and highly relational. It respects the spiritual authority we have, allows us to speak into the lives of our spiritual sons and daughters, as needed These men and women desire to honor PDM biblically by tithing "up" into our ministry, since we are their biblical spiritual authority. This releases PDM to build the Church, and establish the next generation of believers. We in turn honor those we ordain, and impart our lives, our spiritual DNA, and our legacy back to them. Our sons and daughters get a spiritual inheritance imparted to them, as the relationship deepens over time. These look to us for insight, counsel, and personal input, at any level that is needed. Ordained ministers are fully released into their own ministry, and they are expected to walk in the biblical standards required.

Oversight

PDM is able to grant ordination and licenses for individuals, but we also provide spiritual oversight or a spiritual covering for local churches that desire it. In this capacity, we are available to those pastors for personal guidance, instruction and correction when needed. There is encouragement, life and ministry adjustment, prayer covering, personal and emotional support, fellowship and mentoring, and Instruction on church government. Our desire is to uncover the design of God, and fully develop and release each pastor and church, into the unique Kingdom expression God has for it. When PDM becomes the spiritual covering for any local church, we are there to help with any matters that might come up. We do ask the church to honor that relationship by giving their church tithe into our network. This provision honors our commitment to that church, and releases us to be available for any needs they may have.

Kingdom Connections

We encourage those in our network to join us in any ministry location for training, and personal growth. Ministers we ordain have access to us as needed, and we will meet with them periodically to help them build and develop healthy lives, and sound ministry standards. We also encourage our ordained ministers to become part of Maranatha Ministerial Fellowship International,(MMFI.org). For those who desire this, we pay their yearly MMFI fellowship fee. In this way, they are able to remain personally and ministerially connected to both networks. This has many advantages, and can open doors for personal development, friendships, ministry connections, and spiritual growth.
